The Sunreef Yachts shipyard, founded by French businessman Francis Lapp, has been operating on the site of the historic Gdansk Shipyard since 2002.

The company currently employs over 2000 skilled production and office personnel, including designers, engineers, technicians and service engineers, and continues to increase its workforce due to continuous growth in sales and new projects.

Sunreef Yachts is an unquestionable leader in designing and manufacturing luxury catamarans, representing the Polish yacht industry at numerous international nautical fairs, including Monaco, Cannes, Miami, Dubai and Fort Lauderdale.


Sunreef is opened an office in Ras Al-Khaimah and therefore we are looking for an
Accountant to join our team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting transactions.
  • Prepare budget forecasts.
  • Publish financial statements in time.
  • Handles monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure timely bank payments.
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
  • Report on the company's financial health and liquidity.
  • Audit financial transactions and documents.
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations.

Our requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Odoo required
  • At least two years of experience in a similar position.
  • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
  • Awareness of business trends.
  • Experience with creating financial statements.
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the monthend/yearend close process.
  • Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Intermediate understanding of accounting and reporting standards, gaining experience in researching as it relates to accounting issues.
  • Experience with accounting software is a plus.
  • Taking care of the quality of tasks performed.
