Description

Looking for a MEP Supervisor with hands on experience in Chillers.

Responsible for servicing product and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Performs commissioning, repairs, maintenance, upgrade and work related to HVAC services.

- Prepares for on-site works by anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, tools, and instructions as necessary.

- Identifies, analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs systems and products at customer's location.

- Uses a variety of hand tools, wiring diagrams, piping schemes, IOMs or engineering specifications as required.

- Documents work by timely completing paperwork on each job and maintaining required files (paper or electronic).

- Determines parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need.

- Keeps current on all Chiller OEM products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.

- Represents Company by serving as a direct customer contact. Is able to listen, inform and recommend.

- Supports other technicians by providing technical advice and offering guidance.

Participates in Technicians/Services acquisition programs and provide Sales Lead.

Provide technical assistance and onsite training for team members. Regularly evaluate skills and create development plans for each technician.

- Assist and train the technicians in their communication with the customer.

- Train the technicians on the proper completion of all recommended repairs.

Salary:
AED3, AED4,500.00 per month
