About the Team: SpaceSystems and Analytics
1. Real Estate &Facilities (RE&F) management system: Coordinatethe system requirements of each module in Real Estate andFacilities plan the system architecture and functions prioritiseclassification based on business importance and business occurrenceand gradually promote system launch.
2. Employeeside system services: Online RE&F services (suchas moving seat selection workstation reservation equipmentmaintenance workplace information viewing etc.) to improve employeework efficiency and experience.
3. Datamanagement and analysis: Access companyrelated systemdata sources maintain Real Estate and Facilities data warehouse.Build Real Estate and Facilities data index system. Completevarious thematic data analysis and forecasting.
4. Data products: Output customiseddata products such as reports dashboards visualise screens. Inorder to intuitively present track and warn data on topics such asspace efficiency cost and project schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and designing global real estatesystem requirements based on company strategy and businessneeds.
• Closely cooperate with all regions ofglobal real estate to collect organise and summarise the corebusiness needs and promote the demand release online.
• Combined with the current system status and industryadvanced practice provide the most suitable tools systems processesand other solutions for the current business needs.

Qualifications

• Expert inBackend products process system products and solution productspreferably with experience in smart buildings workspace andworkplace management.
• Strong projectmanagement skills and motivation.
• Ability toefficiently promote product improvement and projectlaunches.
