Support the Head Sommelier and Wine Manager in maintaining and updating the wine list Manage wine ordering stock rotation and cellar organization Recommend wine pairings that complement Studio Frantz n s culinary offerings Engage with guests to understand preferences and provide tailored wine recommendations Ensure correct wine service standards including temperature control and appropriate glassware Identify opportunities to upsell beverages while maintaining a refined dining experience Assist with staff training related to wine knowledge and service techniques Maintain high standards of presentation accuracy and attention to detail
