Job description
Job DescriptionManage daily operations of assigned residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
Act as the main point of contact for tenants and ensure they are aware of the procedure.
Assist in preparing the project budget
Liaise with internal teams (PDD, Legal, Leasing and etc.) to ensure aligned asset management outcomes
Assist it implementing asset improvement/efficiency initiatives
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility services with contractors and vendors
Conduct regular property inspections and prepare condition reports
Manage service contracts and vendor performance
Prepare operational, financial, and occupancy reports and support budgeting and expense control activities.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements
Resolve tenant complaints and operational issues promptly
Coordinate move-in and move-out tenants and per the procedures.
