- Perform installation maintenance and repair of fiber laser cutting machines.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with fiber laser cutting machines and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on fiber laser cutting machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support and training on fiber laser cutting machines.
- Stay uptodate with the latest technological advancements in fiber laser cutting machines and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for machine upgrades or replacements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines during service visits.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for service visits.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in servicing fiber laser cutting machines.
- Co2 laser Laser Welding and press brake Machines.
- Certifications in laser technology or related fields are highly desirable.
- Experience working in the manufacturing or metal fabrication industry is preferred.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
- Fluency in English is required and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
