Description
We are interior design Fit Out Company and urgently hiring Purchase Executive having sound knowledge of the Materials ( Civil, MEP and Joinery ) and respective supplier.
Must have the ability to identify the correct supplier to replenish the materials.Civil Material is not limited to Infrastructure like steel, cement and concrete but its pertaining to the material of finishing works.
- Sourcing the suppliers for materials required for projects.
- Sourcing of materials shall be based upon Cost, brand, quality, specification, availability, payment terms etc.
- Finishing required work on the specified time frame.
- Raising LPO on suppliers with complete details of the project, Item with full description, with rate, value and term and conditions of payment and delivery.
- To keep records for all suppliers with their documents.
- Coordinate with other departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.
- Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure ontime delivery.
- Arrange for Samples of special items and submission to Project Manager.
