Overview:
ERP administrators are responsible for maintaining the integrity of an organization's ERP system.

This often involves installing new software updates, monitoring performance metrics, resolving technical issues, extracting carious reports for management, maintain the database etc.

Role:

Providing support to users by answering questions about system usage and functionality
Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the system's software and hardware components
Ensuring data security by identifying potential security breaches or vulnerabilities in the system and implementing solutions to eliminate them
Recommending changes in processes to improve efficiency based on analysis of data from system usage
Reviewing and approving proposed changes to existing programs to ensure compliance with company policies
Providing technical support for an organization's information technology (IT) infrastructure
Providing support to HR for creating new user accounts for employees who have been hired or transferred into the company
Extracting the various reports for management overview.
Maintain the database and other reports.
Other duties as assigned by the position's line manager and/or the company's management

Requirements:

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
23 years' experience as ERP administrator
Previous experience in Marine industry.
Understanding of computer programs and software to troubleshoot any issues
Familiar with the school's computer systems and software to troubleshoot any issues
An excellent grasp of Microsoft Office programs.
Topclass typing and report writing skills.
Detailfocused document organizing abilities.
Able to proactively manage database changes using software management systems.
Timeoriented approach to handling queries and tasks.
