Roles &Responsibilities.
Working closely with theProject Director and the business unitsin
identifying areas and opportunities thatrequire marketing support to
improve the businessperformance thereof.
The successful candidatewill be working in a team environment todevelop
and deliver projects through variousstages of design from feasibilityto
planning/detailed design and ontoconstruction
Monitoring of business tenderscontracts review and reports
You will beexpected to play a proactive part in the design process and tobe
active on several projects at any giventime.
You will be coordinating inputs andoutputs with other disciplines to
produce anintegrated project plan.
You will becontributing to all types of projects.
With anawareness of how your tasks fit into the overall project you willbe
accountable and responsible for delivery andto a high standard.
Proficient in the use ofstandard office software MS Office MS Excel.
Youwill be quick to pick up new ideas and skills and be able tothink
laterally to generate new solutions toproblems.
Good written and verbal communicationskills in the preparation of
presentations anddocuments etc.
Production of technicalspecifications and reports
Management of workpackages.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (inEnglish) including technical report writing.
Should have Project Management experience
Organized and proactive (self starter)
Buildstrong long term relationships with Organized clients at alllevels
Manage and monitor budgetsallocated
Brief and liaise with dealers andsuppliers positively
