Store Manager - Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates - The Armored Group (TAG)

Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store. Your main goal will be to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for employee, ensuring the store meets and exceed the targets while maintaining high standards of service and quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, product quality and issuance operations
• Ensure efficient space utilization
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Manage stock control and reconcile with ERP (ODOO)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual material requirement plan/budget.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
• Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided from internal customer

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager in Automotive/ armoring industry.
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and database
• Leadership skills and ability manage staff
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• MS/BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration will be preferred.
• Experience of using ODOO ERP system will be given preference.
