- Bachelor's and orMaster's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or similardegree field
- Current Massachusetts ProfessionalEngineer (PE) license or ability to obtainit
- At least 10 years of experience in theevaluation/design of Fire Protection Systems and/or Building/FireCode Consultation
- Strong Business Developmentskills with an ability to maintain and build outstanding clientrelationship
- Excellent written and oralcommunication skills with ability to develop, mentor and leadprofessional technical staff
- Strong projectmanagement skills; ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects ontime and within budget
- Active member ofrelevant industry associations andcommunities
