We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic
Call Centre Agent sales professional to join our firm with
BPO EXPERIENCE MANDATORY.



THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF SALES AGENT INCLUDE:

  • Actively engage with new client leads and convert them to new clients according to regulations.
  • Providing the customer with information about a company's products or services in order to create interest in the brand.
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Head of sales.
  • Converting customer inquiries into sales opportunities
  • Providing market research through outbound calling.

EXPERIENCE:


  • Minimum of 12 years of
    Call Centre / BPO experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Forex trading.
  • Knowledge to handle clients on the call

  • Creative thinking skills.
  • The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
  • Good sales ability.
