    Asa Healthcare Manager, you will support and manage several of ourhomes and centres across the
    GreaterDublin area and Eastern region. Healthcare managers and their careteams work to ensure
    outstandingclient and resident experiences at our step-down facilities andnursinghomes.

    Thisrole reports to and is responsible to the Director of CareServices.

    Thisrole will requiresignificanttravel andflexibility with workinghours.

    Overallobjectives:
    To provide support and assistance toDirectors of Nursing in the provision of high-qualitycare
    standardsto residents in our Nursing Homes. This will be achieved byworking
    alongsidethe Directors of Nursing and the care team, facilitating, andassisting them to meet
    andexceed national quality standards in caredelivery.
    The Healthcare Manager will objectivelymeasure quality standards in the homes anduse
    thesemetrics to build consistency within and betweenhomes.
    To act as project manager or qualityimprovement manager in homes where deficiencieshave
    beenidentified or where assistance is needed to achieve the requiredclinical standards. This
    includesthe structure of clinical teams, reporting and communicationssystems,
    documentation,and record-keeping.
    To work in collaboration with Director ofCare Services, Healthcare Managers andDirectors
    ofNursing in the achievement of allobjectives.

    Requirements

    Nursingqualification with morethan5 years experience of management in thehealthcare
    sector.
    Registeredwith Nursing Midwifery Board ofIreland.
    Post-registrationqualification in managementessential.
    Extensiveexperience in a healthcareenvironment.
    Excellentorganisational and communicationskills.
    Sounddecision-making ability and resultsdriven.
    Abilityto motivate self and others and work on owninitiative.
    Abilityto work well and promote a teamenvironment.
    Willingnessto be flexible and adapt to the needs of thecompany.

    Nursing qualification with more than 5 years experience ofmanagement in the healthcare sector. Registered with NursingMidwifery Board of Ireland. Post-registration qualification inmanagement essential. Extensive experience in a healthcareenvironment. Excellent organisational and communication skills.Sound decision-making ability and results driven. Ability tomotivate self and others and work on own initiative. Ability towork well and promote a team environment. Willingness to beflexible and adapt to the needs of the company.
