- Takeorders and deliver food dishes following the department StandardOperating Procedures
- Promote sales and build upgood relationship with members and guests, and ensure a positiveand lasting guest experience by obtaining directfeedback
- Provide coaching and motivation toteam members in all aspects during service, and ensure all guestsreceive the best possible level of service, care andknowledge
- Handle requests, enquiries andcomplaints in a professional and courteousmanner
- Liaise with the kitchen regarding allfood related issues, and with reception team on all guest relatedinformation, preferences and return time
- Ensurethat all crockery, cutlery and any other objects and equipmentneeded for service are prepared andavailable
- Ensure that the outlet is clean andpresentable throughout the openingtimes
- Monitor the daily checklist and ensureall opening and closing duties are completed
- Minimum 2 years' experiencein same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine diningrestaurant
- Excellent level of English, writtenand spoken
- Knowledge of Food and Beverageapplications
- Have strong organisational andtime management skills with a high degree offlexibility
- Excellent team management,communication and listening skills
- Demonstrateintegrity in all dealings and maintain high level ofconfidentiality
- Ability to work long shifts andstand for the extended period oftime
