Construction Manager - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - MIDDLE EAST CONTROL SERVICES

Description

• Manage site QA and safety activities.
• Develop project scope of works for sub contractors.
• Oversee the project installation & commissioning team and take responsibility for results.
• Manage and oversee annual maintenance contracts including invoicing.
• Monitor project site team performance, resolve issues and implement changes to ensure compliance with project goals.
• Develop systems and take responsibility for project filing, project accounting, project safety and project timing related to site construction.
• Prepare and issue project reports as per Management and Client requirements
• Lead and/or participate in project meetings.
• Develop Client relationships and to promote the company with a view to obtaining new projects.
• Lead Preparation of mark up drawings for making AS BUILT after the completion of site installation.
• Ensure the availability of AFC (Approved for Construction) drawings and documents at site prior to the commencement of construction.

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
