Nutrition Company looking for the Experience person in Export Sales Executive

**Requirements for Job vacancy:
- *
  • Logistic Executive
  • 12 Years of experience in the UAE(GCC) in the same filed
  • Good in English
  • Bachelor Graduate with scientific background
**Description:
- *
  • Prepare the invoice for export from the warehouse and Vendor
  • Confirm the order with All Logistic and import team
  • Follow the order and availability with the supply chain team
  • Prepare the Price List with the Pallet Configuration
  • Prepare the Production list
  • Handling the Shipment and Required Documents for all Export Invoice
  • Monitor the Cost of the Products and update it on the System with the Price list Frequently
  • Follow up the Shipping details, payment and ensure to receive and confirm the order with exact time
  • Data entry for all Cost on the System
  • Followup Existing account statement and Payment receivable
  • Prepare the Exhibition shipments and required Exports Documents
  • Prepare the Listing Documents and Files for the New Customers
  • Follow up the near Expiry items and return the items on the time
