Principle Responsibilities:
1.Experience on SaaS applications Oracle CX Sales and service Cloud(Part of Engagement Cloud) Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua).Exposure to development of other Freezone modules like CustomerService Registration Leasing Licensing & ADMIN in CX Cloudcan be deciding factor for selection or thisrole.2. Good Knowledge on all modules ofOracle Engagement Cloud. 3. Should haveworked extensively in Application Composer for creation of newobjects extensions to standard objects.4.Proficiency GROOVY Scripting MUST. 5.Working knowledge in VBCS ICS components is amust6. Knowledge of CPQ Bigmachine codingand integration with Engagement cloud would be an addedadvantage7. Strong Programming skills aswell as the ability to review complex code bases written by others.8. Understanding of CloudArchitecture.9. Should have knowledge onData Migration.10. Handson Experience withOracle Service Cloud (B2C Service) Third party applicationintegration leveraging SOAP/REST APIs.11.Responsible for Customer Production Support trackingincidentsreplication troubleshooting and resolution of critical productioncalls.12. ChangeManagement13. Proficient in Groovy ScriptingMobile and Outlook Integration and ObjectCustomization. Should be able to buildworkflows triggers and Field Updates.14.Integrations and Extension to PaaS (Workflow Reports APIs and ErrorHandling) Experience in Fusion CRM BIDashboards and OTBI Analytics Cloud.15.Knowledge of other CX products like Oracle CPQ is anadvantage.

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or Management with 3 years ofexperience in development and Object Customization in Oracle CXSales and service Cloud applications. Shouldhave sound knowledge and hands on experience of Groovy scriptdevelopment and new custom objects development using applicationcomposer Should have hands on experience inThird party application integration leveraging SOAP/RESTAPIs. Should have hands on experience on ICSand IDCS cloud and its integrationcomponents Should have hands on experiencein developing reports and Strong Programmingskills as well as the ability to review complex code bases writtenby others. Experience in Fusion CRM BIDashboards and OTBI Analytics CloudKnowledge of other CX products like OracleCPQ
