A leading Accounting Firm at Abu Dhabi is hiring the following position:Executive_secretary
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and Creating memos, reports and agendas as needed
- Preparing financial statements, invoices, letters and statements
- Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
Requirements and skills:
- Degree in business administration or accounting is a must
- Arabic nationality and UAE resident is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English languages.
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office(Word excel and power point)
- Ability to work at Muhammad Ben Zayd City.
Salary:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
