A leading Accounting Firm at Abu Dhabi is hiring the following position:
Executive_secretary


Responsibilities:


  • Answering phones and Creating memos, reports and agendas as needed
  • Preparing financial statements, invoices, letters and statements
  • Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
  • Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.

Requirements and skills:

  • Degree in business administration or accounting is a must
  • Arabic nationality and UAE resident is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English languages.
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office(Word excel and power point)
  • Ability to work at Muhammad Ben Zayd City.
Preferably - Spouse Visa Sponsorship


Salary:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Expected Start Date: 16/07/2023
