Working Hours: 12 hours a day, 7 days a week with 2 holidays per month after the probation period of 3 months is complete

1) Manage the restaurant counter in his 12 hour daily shift - Punch bills, receive cash, give correct change to waiters/customers and successfully close the bills
2) Answer the phone & take delivery orders from customers, assign those orders to staff for preparation and make sure it is dispatched in a time bound manner
3) Ensure punctual attendance of all staff during his shift hours and inform the owner immediately if any staff is absent from work
4) Ensure strict & complete hygiene standards are implemented in the restaurant with a regular cleaning schedule planned
5) Communicate with kitchen chef regarding food levels regularly & decide food remaking quantities during their shift after consulting with the owner
6) Accept, receive & dispatch orders from online food platforms (Careem, Talabat etc) and dispatch them in a timely manner
7) Work in a team with the Senior Operations Manager to ensure smooth handover of tasks and information from one shift to the next
8) Immediately resolve any food taste or service complaints by any customer without any arguments
9) Maintain temperature records of different restaurant equipment as required by the Owners of the restaurant
10) Accept delivery of daily purchased items in their shift after verifying the quantities are correct and clearing the amount to the supplier

1) Well versed in English & Urdu/Hindi
2) Friendly personality with 100% focus on customer satisfaction. Read this again - customer service is the most important skill required
3) Effective communication skills with dedicated focus on timely communication with Owners, Customers & other team members
4) Previous experience in handling cash at a restaurant/supermarket/hypermarket is a MUST requirement
5) Previous restaurant employment experience is a must
6) Valid Person In Charge (PIC) certificate is a major plus point to be considered for the role


Salary:
AED2,800.00 per month
