About the Role
The Head of Campus is the senior-most leader responsible for the overall operations, academic quality, safety, student wellbeing, and industry alignment of the campus.
You will oversee academic delivery, workshops and technical labs, residential life, safeguarding compliance, and staff development — ensuring students receive world‑class vocational education.
This role is ideal for a strategic decision-maker who thrives in TVET, technical education, and competency-based training environments.Required Qualifications
Lead end-to-end campus operations, ensuring academic excellence and high-quality learning delivery
Oversee workshops, labs, and safety compliance, including equipment management and risk protocols
Drive industry partnerships, apprenticeships, and employment pathways aligned with labor market needs
Lead and develop faculty, technical trainers, workshop supervisors, and residential life staff
Ensure strong safeguarding, child protection, and student welfare standards
Manage residential/boarding operations and 24/7 duty rosters
Implement strategic plans, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support at-risk students through flexible learning and individualized pathways
Experience Requirements
7–10 years of experience in education
Minimum 5 years in a TVET or vocational training environment
3–5 years in a leadership role managing academic, technical, or campus operations
Expertise in managing workshops/labs, competency-based training, assessment systems, and industry partnerships
Experience with at-risk students, behavioral management, and learner support systems
Strong knowledge of residential/boarding leadership and student safeguarding
Master's Degree (Mandatory) in:
Educational Leadership
TVET / Vocational Education
Engineering with Education qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technical Fields, Industrial Technology, or Education
