    About the Role:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and managing accounts payable and receivable.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
    • Handle vendor payments and client invoicing in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Reconcile inventory accounts with warehouse stock and monitor discrepancies to optimize inventory levels.
    • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports to inform business decisions.
    • Oversee cost control related to warehousing, transportation, and logistics to minimize expenses.
    • Perform bank reconciliations, manage petty cash, and maintain accurate cash flow management.
    • Collaborate with warehouse teams to streamline inventory tracking and reporting.
    • Assist in internal and external audits to ensure proper documentation and reporting.
    • Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and other financial data.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a warehouse or trading environment.
    • Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
    • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
    • Excellent understanding of UAE VAT regulations and compliance.
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, especially with warehouse teams.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Experience in logistics or supply chain accounting is a plus.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.

    Salary: A competitive salary ranging from AED 18,000 to AED 25,000 per month, depending on experience, is offered for this position. The estimated total annual compensation is approximately AED 216,000 to AED 300,000.
