About Our Client

Job Description

Conduct comprehensive market research and financial analysis to identify attractive investment opportunities in the renewable energy and impact investment sectors.

Prepare detailed financial models valuation analyses and investment memos to support investment decisionmaking processes. Assist in the due diligence process including analyzing industry trends competitive landscapes and conducting companyspecific research. Collaborate with the deal team to structure and negotiate transactions including drafting investment documentation term sheets and legal agreements. Monitor portfolio companies performance and prepare periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of investor presentations fund raising materials and investor relations activities. Stay updated on industry developments regulatory changes and emerging trends in renewable energy and impact investments.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors degree in finance economics or a related field from a reputable university. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.

Minimum of 13 years of relevant work experience in bulge bracket investment banks or private equity firms with a focus on renewable energy infrastructure power impact investments or related sectors.

Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in analyzing complex financial data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Arabic Russian or Turkish is preferred in addition to English. Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough due diligence and effectively communicate investment recommendations. Strong attention to detail analytical thinking and problemsolving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of the renewable energy sector including solar wind hydro and energy storage is preferred. Familiarity with ESG (Environmental Social and Governance) principles and impact investing frameworks is a plus. Passion for sustainable investing and making a positive impact on the environment and society.
