Opportunity for
talented BIM Modeler to join our team based in Dubai.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience.
- Should have knowledge of Mechanical services.
- In depth knowledge of CAD, Revit, and other 3D modelling software.
- Analytical, troubleshooting and computer skills.
- Positive approach & time management skills, good communication and presentation skills.
Job responsibilities of the role:
- Review and study BIM execution plan.
- Set BIM standards (project setup, families, templates etc.)
- Develop MEP services models for various project.
- Develop 3D views, walkthrough, and presentation for client meetings.
- Manage Naviswork, clash detection and clash rectification.
- Extract BOQ from models as per client requirements.
Job Types:

Education:
- Diploma (preferred)
Experience:
- Electrical BIM Modeller: 5 years (preferred)
