Customer Service Assistant - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Namma Int'l Digitec FZ LLC
Description
Assist clients in their printing requirements and process orders.- Maintain communication with clients and provide job status updates
- Submitting daily or weekly reports to the Operations.
- Doing sales support for online and offline customers.
- Support requests include:
- Order related calls
- Solving client issues (online orders or for walkin clients).
- Consult and upsell on additional products.
Job Specification:
- Sales or Customer Support experience in digital printing center is given more preference.
- Basic experience in printing/photocopying/scanning operations.
- Experience in eCommerce or online print platforms.
- Experience in handling cash payments and pos card machine payments.
- Hardworking, always eager to learn new things and very smart to learn them in a short period.
- Good listening skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Good spoken English is a must).
- Confident and very comfortable with face to face meetings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (for excel/wordbased daily reports and logs).
Pay:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (required)
- digital printing: 1 year (required)
