Description
Assist clients in their printing requirements and process orders.

  • Maintain communication with clients and provide job status updates
  • Submitting daily or weekly reports to the Operations.
  • Doing sales support for online and offline customers.
  • Support requests include:
  • Order related calls
- verification calls -following up - approval calls.

  • Solving client issues (online orders or for walkin clients).
  • Consult and upsell on additional products.

Job Specification:


  • Sales or Customer Support experience in digital printing center is given more preference.
  • Basic experience in printing/photocopying/scanning operations.
  • Experience in eCommerce or online print platforms.
  • Experience in handling cash payments and pos card machine payments.
  • Hardworking, always eager to learn new things and very smart to learn them in a short period.
  • Good listening skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Good spoken English is a must).
  • Confident and very comfortable with face to face meetings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (for excel/wordbased daily reports and logs).

Pay:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month


Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (required)
- digital printing: 1 year (required)
