We are looking for a
Female Group Class Trainer / Instructor to join our team in
Abu Dhabi who is experienced at providing gym floor support/supervision and personal training.


You must have at least 1 year relevant experience in a fitness facility

You must be REPs certified


You will be responsible for providing a safe and effective environment for gym facility users by leading exercise programs, educating individuals who are exercising and establishing personalized programs while demonstrating a high standard of customer service and hospitality.


  • Conduct new user fitness assessments and/or orientations in accordance with facility standards.
  • Provide fitness floor supervision, including connecting with each user on the fitness floor.
  • Create personalized fitness programs, provide coaching and education.
  • Ensure that exercise areas and equipment are clean, safe and in working condition.
  • Assist with any required job activity, as may be needed.
  • Conduct oneself at all times with professionalism in accordance with the values and standards of the facility.
  • Respond to all emergency situations in accordance to facility policy and procedures.
  • As well as those points set out above you will also be expected to undertake any other duties required as may be reasonably expected of you
