    • Always greets andwelcomes guests promptly in a warm and friendlymanner.
    • Always thanks andgives fond farewell to guests conveying anticipation for their nextvisit.
    • Assists guestswith table reservation.
    • Assists guests whileseating.
    • Ensures guestsare served within specified time.
    • Has a good knowledge ofmenu and presentationstandards.
    • Speaks withguests and staff using clear and professional language and answerphone calls using appropriate telephoneetiquette .
    • Is able to answer any questions regarding menuand assist with menu selections.
    • Is able to anticipate any unexpected guest needand reacts promptly and tactfully.
    • Always applies service techniques correctly atall times and serving Food & Beverage items withenthusiasm.
    • Serves foodcourses and beverages toguests.
    • Set tablesaccording to type of event and servicestandards.
    • Recordstransaction / orders in Point of Sales systems at the time oforder.
    • Communicates withthe kitchen regarding any menu questions the length of wait andproduct availability.
    • Communicates additional meal requirementsallergies dietary needs and special requests to thekitchen.
    • Checks withguests to ensure satisfaction with each food course andbeverages.
    • Is responsiblefor clearing collecting and returning food and beverage items toproper area.
    • Maintainscleanliness of work areas china glass etc. throughout theshift.
    • Reviews orderdockets ensuring accurate and timely preparations for orderrequirements accordingly.
    • Presents accurate final billto guest and process payment.
    • Performs shift closing onthe Point of sales terminal and tally cash and credit cardsettlements.
    • Ensures that therestaurant is always kept clean and organized at both the front aswell as the back of house areas.
    • Ensures that

    A Hotel or Inn may be defined as anestablishment whose primary business is providing lodgingfacilities for the general public and which furnishes services likeReception Food and Be hrefconfidential brand standards and SOPs areconsistently implemented.

    • Works with fellowstaff and manager to ensure that the restaurant achieves its fullpotential.
    • Completes thedaily responsibilities that are set for each individualshift.
    • Completes closingduties including restocking items turning off lightsetc.
    • Conducts monthlyinventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
    • Take an active role incoaching and developingjunior staff.
    • Performs anyother duties related to food and beverage service assigned by themanager.
    • Assists AssistantManager/Manager in conducting daily shift briefings to update anddisseminate relevant information tocolleagues.
    • Helps minimizewaste breakages and mishandling of supplies andequipment.
    • Makes sure thatAfternoon Tea service is always up to standard and that guestsreceive an excellent service.
    • Ensures that Delicacy lounge and terrace arewell set every day and maintains the cleanliness of each areas andside stations.
    • Delicacy itemsmust be always up to the standard fresh and in goodquality.
    • Delicacy must beset correctly and all items must be organized or arranged accordingto the standard set up of the counter.
    • Makes sure that allequipments are working and in good condition.
    • Checks all colleagues uniforms and groomingbefore their shift starts.


    What we need fromyou

    • Excellent reading writing and oral proficiencyin English
    • Experienced in all aspects ofrestaurants service
    • Must be wellpresented andprofessionally groomed at all times
    • Excellent leader and trainer with stronginterpersonal skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to motivate employees to work as a teameffectively and productively
    • Mustpossess good communication skills for dealing with diversestaff
    • Ability to coordinate and prioritizemultiple tasks
    • Should have pleasingpersonality.
    • Excellent guest serviceskill.
    • Good knowledge of food and beverageservice.
