    • Developing knowledge about thebusiness lines in Petrofac, as well as different departments andteams.
    • Utilizing knowledge gained to work onresponses to expressions of interest, prequalifications, etc, forprospects in line with business capabilities and strategies; underthe supervision and support of more experienced teammembers.
    • Assist in developing salespresentations and coordinating sales meetings; under thesupervision and support of more experienced teammembers.
    • Support in maintaining quality andtechnical integrity of prequalifications, presentations andmarketing documents.
    • Assist with maintainingand updating sales prospects on CRM asrequired.
    • Assist with maintaining and updatingthe sales database.
    • Assist in conductingProposals co-ordination for specific prospects. This involvesworking closely with proposals staff under the direction of moreexperienced team members.
    • Participate inrelated exhibitions/conferences.
    • Coordinationwith branch offices as required.
    • Support asrequired with the group's marketing and corporate socialresponsibility activities.

    • Utilizing knowledge gained to work onresponses to expressions of interest, prequalifications, etc, forprospects in line with business capabilities and strategies; withminimum direction and supervision.
    • Developingsales presentations and coordinating sales meetings in line withbusiness needs.
    • Responsible for maintainingquality and technical integrity of prequalifications, presentationsand marketing documents; as well as meeting deadlines ofsubmissions to external and internalclients.
    • Assist with maintaining and updatingsales prospects on CRM as required.
    • Assist withmaintaining and updating the salesdatabase.
    • Assist in conducting Proposalsco-ordination for specific prospects. This involves working closelywith proposals staff under the direction of the designated saleslead or proposal manager.
    • Support general salesand marketing coordination as directed by prequalificationmanager.
    • Carry out market research frominternet and other sources as required to develop country andprospect specific market intelligence.
    • Whererequired, provide input to Tender Screening Forms and ensurecompliance with the business development and proposalsprocess
    • Participate in relatedexhibitions/conferences.
    • Coordination withbranch offices as required.
    • Support as requiredwith the group's marketing and corporate socialresponsibility activities.
