Job Description:

Mantra Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Freelance Psychologist to join our team.

As a Freelance Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing online counseling and therapy sessions to clients seeking support for various mental health challenges.

You will work remotely, providing flexible hours to accommodate clients' schedules.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct online counseling sessions with individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship issues, and selfesteem.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Utilize evidencebased therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate positive outcomes and personal growth.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including session notes and progress reports.
• Provide support and guidance to clients in developing coping strategies and enhancing their emotional resilience.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the Mantra Care network to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in the field of psychology and mental health counseling.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of practice set forth by relevant professional organizations.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a psychologist or therapist in the jurisdiction of practice.
• Prior experience providing counseling or therapy services, preferably in an online or telehealth setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in utilizing online platforms for conducting virtual sessions and managing client communications.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and selfcare practices.
• Empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and challenges.

AED AED367.00 per hour
