We are seeking an ExperiencedMarketing & Sales Representative with relevant experiencein dental market especially dental aligners. The ideal candidateshould have experience with channel sales with proven record ofdriving revenue and hitting ambitious targets flexible and willingto step in to help things more forward thrive in a fastpacedconstantly changing environment.

ProductOverview:

Our product helpsorthodontists to deliver custom highquality and affordable clearaligner treatment to their patients. SoftSmile has created Vision ahighquality userfriendly digital platform based on biomechanics andAIpowered algorithms that doctors can use to design custom alignersor assign treatment planning and manufacturing toSoftSmile.

Roles &Responsibilities:

• Represent SoftSmile to build relationships andpartnerships with clients as well as directcustomers.
• Building aprofessional network of dentalclinics/hospitals.
• Scheduling meetings with potential customers whichincludes doctors and other health care professionals &maintaining solid workingrelationships.
• Presentingcompany products to potential clients and persuading them to makepurchases.
• Generateexcitement about our product and increase product sales throughoriginal solutions and proactivebriefing.
• Regularlyattending industry events training company meetings briefings andeducational workshops.
• Briefing the Product medical detailing forDentists.
• Achieving salesbudgets for the assigned range ofproducts.
• Researchingcompetitors products pricing and marketsuccess.
• Accurate anddetailed reporting for promotional activities and collatingfeedback.
• Communicatecrossfunctionally (e.g. Doctor Treatment Coordinator clinicalassistant) to develop an indepth understanding of the product andsolution capabilities.
• Educating clients on product features and the benefits ofcollaboration with Soft Smile so they can apply our solutions tominimize the challenges their customers face. Achieve quarterly andyearly territory sales targets asset.
• Accurately forecastfollow up and report your monthly sales/close sales commercialpipeline.
• Meets withcustomers to assess their needs.
• Recommends products that can meet thoseneeds.
• Arrangingconferences and group events for medicalprofessionals.
• Promptlysubmitting purchase orders to the relevantdepartment.
• Preparingsales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them tothe concerned person.

SkillsRequired:

• Valid UAEDriving License (and owns a car)
• Any Graduate (Applications from freshly graduateddentists will be more welcomed)

LocalDental Market experience will bepreferred.

Salary: It would befixed basis on the skills andexperience

Location: Al Barsha1 Working Day: Monday to Saturday
