We are currently working with a global giant to recruit a Head of People & Organization META to be based in Dubai or Istanbul.

This position will be the strategic leader of the organization responsible for the design, development and delivery of end-to-end People Operations across the META region.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to act as a key partner to the senior leadership team in the P&O strategy formulation and execution, providing the best means to organize and implement work that will continuously result in a performance-driven organization.

What You'll be Doing

  • Ability to partner with senior leaders to prepare the organization for the future, this includes redesigning an organizational structure based on strategic objectives.
  • Experience and expertise in developing current and future leaders.
  • Experience and ability to provide coaching, influence and give feedback to senior leaders.
  • Successful in identifying talent issues before they impact the business, recommend and carryout effective strategies to address them
  • Ability to identifying critical P&O metrics to drive organization, people and business decisions.
  • Can represent the regional/function's talent interests within the organization/cluster.
  • Advantage to have experience dealing with either startup, turnaround, or transformation situations. Proven ability to make decisions.
  • Keeps abreast of new market trends and tries innovative approaches to solve problems, including industry practice.
Who You Are

  • University/Advanced degree in Human Resources or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in P&O with at least 10 years of business partnering experience and prior experience in leading P&O for the organization.
  • Experience working in MNC environment with the ability to work crossculturally in a matrix organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and business acumen, with the ability to navigate through complexity.
  • Great agility and ability to adapt to changing business needs. Prior experience in managing change management and leading transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience in talent management, succession planning and organizational development will be an advantage.
