Collaborate with the engineering and design teams toturn architectural concepts into engineering realities. Oversee thecompanys financial performance setting and managing budgets toensure profitability.

Requirements

Qualifications: Proven experience as aGeneral Manager or in a similar leadership role preferably in thesteel building or related industry. Strong leadership skills with atrack record of managing and inspiring teams to achieve excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability toengage effectively with various stakeholders. Strategic thinkerwith exceptional problemsolving abilities. Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Engineering or related field; Mastersdegree preferred. Familiarity with the UAE market and its specificrequirements is a plus.
