Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify potential buyers interested in properties in the secondary market and build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Proactively reach out to leads and prospects to introduce available properties and schedule property viewings.

Client Consultation and Relationship Building:

  • Conduct consultations with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Provide guidance and advice to clients based on their requirements and available properties in the secondary market.
  • Build strong, longterm relationships with clients by delivering personalized service and exceeding their expectations.

Property Presentations and Showings:

  • Showcase available properties in the secondary market to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Organize and conduct property viewings, open houses, and virtual tours to help clients evaluate properties of interest.
  • Answer client inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate and uptodate information about properties and neighborhoods.

Sales and Negotiation:

  • Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade and close deals with potential buyers.
  • Present pricing, market data, and property history to clients in a compelling manner.
  • Negotiate terms, prices, and contractual agreements to facilitate successful sales while ensuring client satisfaction.

Market Analysis and Comparative Market Research:

  • Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and demand in the secondary real estate market.
  • Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property values and pricing strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market research and analysis.

Transaction Management:

  • Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions.
  • Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and other professionals involved in the transaction.

Client Retention and Referrals:

  • Foster longterm relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, postsales service, and assistance with any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Encourage satisfied clients to provide testimonials and referrals to expand the client base.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent, preferably with a focus on the secondary market.
  • Strong understanding of the secondary real estate market, including knowledge of pricing trends, market conditions, and property valuation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and resultsoriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track client interactions, and generate reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
