Currently, we are currently looking for a passionate and energetic Accountant – Invoicing and Consolidation to be based in the Finance.
In this role, the successful candidate will ensure that invoices are timely, accurately, and completely billed as per agreed rates with customers and job costing is done as agreed with vendor for the services rendered.
Responsibilities:
Receive job files, verify the files against costs incurred and ensue completeness of back up documentation.
Accurately invoice the charges for services rendered as per agreed rates with the customer.
Ensure that copy of -ad hoc rates, if any, as agreed upon by the customer is available in the file.
Check the profitability of job files and ensure approval is attached from supervisors where the job file is at loss.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance, or equivalentA minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in receivables (for Assistant Senior Accountant 3 years of relevant work experience)Knowledge of logistic industry preferable
