- Manage all aspects of thestore's daily operations, including opening and closingprocedures, cash handling, inventory management, and customerservice.
- Hire, train, and supervise storestaff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meetperformance standards and achieve salestargets.
- Develop and implement sales andmarketing strategies to increase customer traffic and salesrevenue.
- Monitor sales and revenue, makingrecommendations to improve store performance and increaseprofitability.
- Ensure the store is clean,organized, and well-maintained at all times, adhering to health andsafety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels,ensuring that the store has sufficient stock to meet customerdemand.
- Respond to customer complaints andinquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues andensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop andmaintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers toensure timely delivery of merchandise andsupplies.
- Ensure all staff adhere to companypolicies and procedures, including health and safetyregulations.
