- Manage all aspects of thestore's daily operations, including opening and closingprocedures, cash handling, inventory management, and customerservice.
- Hire, train, and supervise storestaff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meetperformance standards and achieve salestargets.
- Develop and implement sales andmarketing strategies to increase customer traffic and salesrevenue.
- Monitor sales and revenue, makingrecommendations to improve store performance and increaseprofitability.
