We are looking for a like-minded professional to join our highly regarded and fast growing business in Dubai.


The Corporate Services Administrator will be responsible for the incorporation and administration of companies, partnerships and trusts in accordance with Company policy.


  • Dealing with day to day correspondence and administrative matters from attorneys, clients and external service providers relating to the assigned portfolio of companies, partnerships and trusts, originating responses and updating and providing registers and documents as required
  • Preparing and filing corporate documents with government agencies
  • Interpreting board and shareholder resolutions and agreements and updating the corporate records accordingly
  • Maintaining internal databases and systems
  • Conducting due diligence in respect of new directors, shareholders and related third parties in conjunction with the Compliance Department
  • Reviewing all invoices relating to the Portfolio and liaising with clients regarding payment of same
  • Dealing with all administrative aspects of closing an entity within the Portfolio
  • Liaising with clients on the incorporation of BVI Companies and preparing the relevant corporate authorities and arranging the filings with the Registrar.


You will be a client-focused professional who works well under pressure in a fast paced environment, is detailed oriented with the ability to multitask and work as part of a team.

You will possess excellent communication and client services skills.


In addition you will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years Corporate Administration experience of Cayman and BVI entities is required, and some ADGM and DIFC experience is considered highly advantageous
  • Understands the importance of strict client confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and naturally collegiate
  • Possesses a high standard of spoken and written English
  • Strong competency levels in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Viewpoint and be generally IT savvy.
