We are actively seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Specialist of Workplace Management to manage our office functions across the MENA region.

Based out of Dubai you will be responsible for all office related matters in this location in addition to our spaces in Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Tel Aviv.

You will take care of the smooth running and general happiness of our offices and colleagues, with a 'can-do' attitude, always thinking two steps ahead.

Passion and enthusiasm will be key, driving forward new processes and procedures as we continue to scale.


Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for all Workplace management matters in MENAManage all aspects of Workplace operations inclusive of space management, in-office experience, health and safety, visitors and security, maintenance, vendor management and local events.

Ensure key stakeholders in region and globally are kept well informed of all Workplace management operationsDrive strategic change in region for the Workplace management area to ensure operational excellenceReport on KPIs and SLAs across regionTeam management (in person and remotely)Work with Workplace PMO on office renovations and/or relocations


Requirements:
Proven experience managing multi-site building operations cross bordersSolid understanding of building compliance and relevant legislationWorking knowledge of HVAC and M&E systemsIntermediate proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Google AppsGreat interpersonal skills and ability to interact and communicate with influenceProactive and solutions focusedAttention to detail and strong organizational skills
