- Schedule and monitor theinstallation and maintenance of air conditioning, landscaping,lighting, plumbing, electrical power supplies, and other mainservices to all areas.
- Ensure policies andprocedures are in place to deal with emergencies such as blackoutsand shutdown in an effective manner.
- Undertakeproper measures to establish systems to reduce theutilities' cost. Analyse utilities bills and releasepayments Suggest initiatives for energy saving and cuttingcost.
- Facility Maintenance Contracts. Monitorsub-contractors' contracts, evaluate outsource serviceproviders in terms of quality, speed, response rate, accuracy ofwork done, and offered financialcharges.
