The Webmaster is responsible for all website updates, ongoing optimization, troubleshooting, compliance, SEO execution, and UX/UI website innovation. Oversees all technical interfaces related to the company's web presence, including the Content Management System (CMS). WordPress CMS experience preferred. Ensures website is well managed and healthy. Implements coding best practices related to site performance, SEO and User Experience. Responsible for maintaining mobile responsiveness and visual accessibility for all web content.

Works with vendors and internal teams for Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager implementations for event-based tracking, data layer execution, and ensures website analytics are working properly.

Works directly with marketing technology project manager who will provide calendar and schedule for all upcoming website updates, both cohesively defining priorities and timelines as well as level of effort associated.

Responsibilities:

• Build functional and easytouse websites
• Test websites across browsers, operating systems and devices
• Manages CMS for website content updates.
• Debug pages and fix broken links or images.
• Ongoing SEO optimization and establishes an SEO reporting structure.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager implementations and integrating into Google Data Studio for visualization.
• Constantly seeking to innovate web through a mobile first mindset providing suggestions, feedback, and thoughts on UX/UI using analytics and user behavioural tools
• Works collaboratively with Brand, Creative, and Guest engagement team to understand future website needs as they relate to business KPIs.
• Provides feedback and suggestions for creative assets for web UX/UI best practices.
• Delivers weekly, biweekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for SEO optimization, web analytics, and heatmapping / behavioural analytics depending on business needs.
• Monitors website stability including uptime, page speed, links, images, and all other associated website UX is working as intended. Requirements
• Proven experience as a Webmaster or Web Developer
• Familiarity with tracking via codes & pixels
• Experience working with CMS tools or any coding framework.
• Experience with SEO, Social, Programmatic campaigns websites.
• Experience with SEO tools is a plus but not necessary.
• Experience or working knowledge of frontend development languages.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and working knowledge of Google Data Studio.
• Experience with UX/UI design.
• Experience with third party tracking tools (like TUNES, Partnerize, Trackier etc.)
• Understanding of web site frontend integrations.
• Ability to read, analyse and interpret written information such as procedure manuals, Company communications or governmental regulations.

Salary:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- web master/ developer: 4 years (required)
