    KeyResponsibilities:

    1. FinancialPlanning andAnalysis:
      • Develop andmaintain financial models for strategic planning anddecisionmaking.
      • Analyze financial data toprovide insights and recommendations to seniormanagement.
      • Prepare budgets forecasts andvariance analysisreports.
    2. FinancialReporting andCompliance:
      • Oversee thepreparation of accurate and timely financialreports.
      • Ensure compliance with accountingstandards and regulatoryrequirements.
      • Coordinate external audits andaddress auditfindings.
    3. Treasury andCash Management:
      • Manage cashflow liquidity and working capital.
      • Monitorbanking activities and develop cash managementstrategies.
      • Minimize financial risks andmaximize returns on surplusfunds.
    4. InvestmentAnalysis and DecisionSupport:
      • Evaluate potentialreal estate investment opportunities.
      • Providefinancial analysis and recommendations for investmentdecisions.
      • Monitor the performance of existingreal estate assets andportfolios.
    5. TeamLeadership andDevelopment:
      • Lead and mentora team of finance professionals.
      • Set cleargoals and performance expectations.
      • Conductperformance reviews and provide ongoing feedback andcoaching.

    KeyRequirements:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Finance Accounting or a related field; MBA orprofessional qualification (e.g. CFA CPA)preferred.
    • Minimum of 7 years of progressiveexperience in finance roles within the real estate or propertymanagement industry.
    • Strong understanding offinancial principles investment analysis and financial reportingstandards.
    • Proficiency in financial modelingMicrosoft Excel and financial managementsoftware.
    • Excellent communication skills bothwritten and verbal with the ability to effectively interact withstakeholders at all levels.
    • Proven leadershipabilities with a track record of successfully leading teams anddriving results.
    • Ability to work under pressuremanage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamicand fastpacedenvironment.
