KeyResponsibilities:

Oversee thedaytoday operations of the accounting department including accountspayable accounts receivable and general ledger

Manage and mentor a team of accountants ensuring their work isaccurate and timely

Develop and implementfinancial policies and procedures to ensure compliance withregulations and best practices

Prepare andreview financial statements budgets andforecasts

Monitor cash flow and manage bankingrelationships

Conduct regular audits to identifyand resolve any discrepancies or issues

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timelyfinancial reporting

Stay updated on industrytrends and changes in accounting regulations to ensure complianceand bestpractices

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a relatedfield

CPA designation ispreferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience inaccounting with at least 2 years in a supervisoryrole

Strong knowledge of accounting principlesand regulations

Experience with financialreporting and budgeting

Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills

Strong leadership andteam management skills

Proficiency in accountingsoftware and Microsoft Excel

Attention to detailand ability to work under pressure

Ability toprioritize and manage multiple taskseffectively
