Looking for Sous Chef for high end all day breakfast cafe.


Requirements:

Experience in All day breakfast cafe style food items.

Help Create a new menu for the cafe with all day breakfast and healthy meals focus, and international main courses.

Have Previous experience in Pre-opening and setting up kitchens

Prefer experience in sous chef positions

Be aware of DM food control regulations

Train new chefs to high standards and on new menu items.

Food quality checks.

Food cost control/managing suppliers.

Experience in food decorating/presentations.


Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
