Restaurant manager- maximum salary to be 3000 AED, accommodation and two times fooding will be provided. If not taking accommodation salary can negotiate.
basic role and responsibility:
- taking morning and evening briefing of service and kitchen team
- achieving monthly sales target given by management, incentives to be given.
- placing purchase orders to vendors
- checking daily closing stock and stock issuance
- dealing with all maintenance issues and general upkeep of restaurant
- providing daily reports of sale, wastage, purchase to management and Daily online meetings with management.

Salary:
Up to AED3,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Cashier: 2 years (preferred)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
