- A passion for helping governmentinstitutions at the organizational and teams levels to improveperformance, service delivery, and public outcomes for thecommunities they serve.
- Bachelor'sdegree: Business, Organisational Management or Psychology,Political Science, Public Policy, Engineering (with experienceworking directly with government partners), or related degreepreferred.
- Advanced degree or MBA is aplus.
- 7+ years of experience working onorganizational design, operating model development, governance,strategy, leadership development, change, and/or similardisciplines. Experience working specifically with governmentclients and a previous consultancy background in the MENA region,highly desirable.
- Ability to workcollaboratively in a team environment and with people across alllevels in an organization
- Good commercial andfinancial awareness on projects
- Comfortablewith significant client interaction and interest in establishingrelationships
- Ability to communicate complexideas optimally, both verbally and inwriting
- Confidence to work effectively in ahigh-energy, fast paced environment
- Excellentreport writing and presentation skills
- Goodinterpersonal skills; e.g. relates well to colleagues, clients andbusiness contacts, and can influence to achieve positiveresults.
