Client Meetings and Relationship Building:
- Conduct meetings with potential clients in Dubai, understanding their business needs and establishing strong relationships.
- Represent the company professionally, showcasing our digital marketing services and value propositions to secure new business opportunities.
Cold Calling:
- Proactively engage potential clients in Dubai through effective cold calling strategies.
Lead Generation:
- Utilize social media platforms and other channels to identify and capture potential leads within the Dubai market.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to expand our client base specifically in the MENA region.
Deal Closing:
- Understand client needs in the Dubai market and tailor proposals to meet specific requirements.
- Execute effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets, focusing on digital marketing projects.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets, consistently striving for excellence in the Dubai market.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement adjustments to strategies to meet or exceed goals within the MENA region.
Service Expertise:
- Possess a solid understanding of digital marketing services, including web design & development, SEO, PPC, and logo design.
- Articulate the unique selling points of each service to effectively communicate their value to clients in Dubai and the broader UAE market.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development and achieving sales targets within the MENA region, especially Dubai and the UAE.
- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills specific to the Dubai market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services, including web design & development, SEO, PPC, and logo design.
- Proficiency in bidding on platforms like Upwork.

- Number of new customers onboarded in Dubai.
- Monthly Active customers within the MENA region.
- Average Revenue Per customer within the UAE market.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- 2+ years of experience selling within the tech space, particularly Web Design, Development, SEO, PPC, etc., in the MENA region, specifically Dubai and the UAE.
- Salesdriven and financially motivated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Humble, honest, trustworthy.
- Positive and solutionoriented with a "no excuse" mentality.
