We are seeking a highly skilled HR Technical Specialist with a strong foundation in both human resources and technology.

This unique role requires an individual who possesses a deep understanding of HR processes and practices, as well as technical acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring seamless integration with other company technology platforms.
Oversee the data integrity in HR systems by regularly analyzing data, monitoring automation, and updating systems as necessary.
Serve as a bridge between HR and technical departments, translating HR needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
Manage and support HR analytics, providing insights through data analysis and reporting to guide HR strategic decisions.
Participate in the development and implementation of HR technology projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and timelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR practices and a solid understanding of HR software and databases.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with an ability to handle data with precision.
Strong project management abilities with a track record of successful HR technology implementations.
Effective communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in HR technology.

Salary:
AED1, AED1,300.00 per month
