The geographical scope under the responsibility of Natixis Dubai is Middle East – Levant – CCA – Turkey

Responsibilities:
Prepare client pitches and indicative proposals.
Prepare deal pipelines, business committees and credit applications for new originated transactions.
Working closely with G&S for including ESR approach in the structuring (either dedicated purpose or Sustainability)Contribute to the Structuring and negotiation of the transaction with the various stakeholders,Assist on distribution effortOnce closed, support smooth transfer of a transaction to the portfolio teamFrom time to time, contribute to internal and external reporting relating to GT Dubai activity and monitoring


Requirements:

Minimum 5-10 years in a position equivalent, if possible with a focus on Metal, Mining, and fertilizers related transactions, encompassing good knowledge of corporate credit.

Seasoned originator with experience in range of industry sectors, and good experience in Export finance, Pre-Export Finance, prepayment structures.

A structured approach to credit analysis with strong ability to articulate credit judgment both verbally and in writing;Ability to adapt to working in a multi-cultural environment.

Highly efficient, team player, with good attention to detail, accuracy and eye for market research and following industry trends.
Ability to work pro-actively and autonomously to tight deadlines and to withstand occasionally high pressure demands.

Willingness to go the extra miles when necessary to support the team;Ability to work efficiently within a small local organization within a larger international Group and to demonstrate entrepreneurial capacities;Accuracy and numeracy in relation to financial analysis, skilled at spreadsheets; financial model analysis experience would be appreciated.
