  • Qualifications: Degree in Engineering (Information technology / Information systems specialization preferred)
  • Technical Experience:
Experience of the following

  • Compliance requirements of bank's IT department
  • Handling visa / mastercard / central bank certifications
  • Card embossing and card printing environments
  • Handling the support cases in a high pressure SLA bound environment/ ITIL process experience in an organization with more than 500 + staff
  • Helpdesk systems
  • Unix / AIX / Windows platforms
Knowledge & Understanding in

  • Banking Business Process
  • Visa and MasterCard platforms and rules and regulations
  • Technical architecture and be able to discuss with infrastructure and development teams in these matters
  • PLSQL
