    • Constantly create revenuegenerating channels from cross selling, upselling and new businessstreams
    • Ensure best sales practices to meetcustomer needs and expectations and capitalize ongrowth.
    • Enhance customer loyalty by deliveringcustomized tailored solutions.
    • Ensure a healthybalance of revenue growth from organic and new business generationbased on proper customer profiling.
    • Ensurecustomers are using cost effective services channels and increaseuse of automation.
    • Regularly reviewing customerperformance and targets to ensure coming up with plans to helpachieve and exceed targets set
    • Collect requiredcustomer information and documents to ensure proper customeronboarding and efficient operationalhandover.
    • Ensure customers information are upto date utilizing Sales Force.
    • Act as the mainpoint of contact for customers on all requests related to quotationand contracts.
    • Preparing daily reports on calls, prospects recognized, and meetingsfixed.

    Job Requirement:

    • Bachelor's degree inbusiness or any other field
    • Proficiency in MSOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint andOutlook)
    • Good communication skills (Written andVerbal)
    • Freight Experience in JAFZAarea.
