  Responsibilities:
• Assist the Project Manager in all aspects and phases of the project.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables.
• Aid in the creation of project plans, schedules, and work flow.
• Assist in coordinating and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Contribute to risk management, including identifying potential risks and helping develop mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with various stakeholders including team members, clients, and vendors.
• Attend project meetings and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of project budget estimates, progress, and cost tracking reports.
• Ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
• Assist the project team in ensuring the project's compliance with all health and safety regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and timemanagement.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong clientfacing and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
• Handson experience with project management tools

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
