- Overall leadership and supervision of construction management projects
- Construction Management input to projects across the business
- Project Delivery within budget to agreed standards
- Further developing CM tools across business sectors
- Development of management tools (QA/QC, Project Controls etc)
- Prequalification work with existing and new clients
- Mentoring and development of construction supervision division
- Business Development across sectors including Developers and Government
- Ensuring sustainable market sector growth across UAE and KSA markets
- Assisting with proposals and tenders
- Reporting to the Managing Director
- Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
- Chartered Engineer (CEng, PEng, etc)
- Upwards of 15 years' Construction Management experience, some of which must be within the UAE market
- Proven project experience across Civil Infrastructure sectors including Landscape Architecture and Public Realm
- Negotiable AED package, commensurate with experience

Our client is seeking a Construction Management Director with proven technical, leadership and business development experience within the UAE and KSA markets. Working closely with the Managing Director, this diverse role encompasses all aspects of the business from pre-qualification work with clients, through to the management of complex projects, programs, budgets and project handover. The successful candidate will have worked in a similar position for a Civil Infrastructure / Architectural engineering consultancy in the UAE.
